Who We Are
Jeffersontown Metal Roof Coating operates jeffersontownmetalroofcoating.com. For questions about this policy or about information you have sent us, call (502) 293-5577.
Information You Send Us
We collect only what you type into our forms:
- Estimate form: roof area, roof type, reported roof condition, building ZIP code, commercial building address, full name, and US phone number.
- Contact form: name, phone, property address, and an optional description of your roof.
- Callback form: name and phone.
Each request also carries the page it was sent from, the request type, and a request ID so a repeated send is recognized as the same request.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your commercial roofing request, to prepare a ballpark estimate, and to contact you about the roof you asked about.
How Requests Are Sent
Form requests are sent to our request-handling service over an encrypted connection. Your ballpark report is kept in your browser session for up to one hour so it can be shown to you; you can clear it by closing the browser or clearing site data. A session flag also remembers whether the callback prompt was already shown.

Those contractors may contact you about your roofing request. Jeffersontown Metal Roof Coating may receive referral or marketing compensation in connection with these inquiries.
To ask about how information provided through this website is handled, call (502) 293-5577.
